Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged Goods Due to nature of the creation process, handmade pieces may become distressed. No refunds for mildly distressed garments. We cannot guarantee how customer provided items will dye & do not accept responsibility for any unexpected outcomes (distressing, spotty dye, color not retaining).
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is completely damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please allow 5-10 business days processing time before your order is shipped out. In addition to processing, average shipping is 7-10 days. Typical delivery time frame is between 14 to 21 business days, however you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you do not have a tracking number after 7 business days please email us at email@example.com.
